This is just a brief letter to express our gratitude for the way in which your company carried out the building work on our neighbour’s property, next to our house. Of course, we knew that the work was bound to produce dirt, noise and inconvenience and it did so. However, I am happy to say, all your employees did their best to minimise the effect on our lives and property. During the actual raising of the walls. We were on good terms with all your staff and missed their company when they moved onto the next job. I think that characterises the way things progressed. It only remains for my wife and me to say, how grateful we are for the care taken by your company to protect our rights and property. Thank you very much; we are aware that it could have been so different and much worse for us.
We think that some special credit for that successful co-existence was due to Mick Tonks the Project Manager who always made himself available and did his best to reduce the impact of the work on us.
Should we or our friends need any building work in the future your company will be first on the list.
Once again, our thanks to all concerned.
Yours sincerely
Mr & Mrs Cole
