All of our site personnel hold CSCS cards and undergo various health and safety training relevant to their roles. Our experienced office team provide full method statements and risk assessments for projects.

Since 2012, S.Clift Building Contractors have been members of NASSH – National Accreditation Scheme for Safety and Health.
Since 2012, S.Clift Building Contractors have been members of SSIP – Safety Schemes in Procurement.
CRB Checks
S.Clift Building Contractors have CRB checks in place for our employees and sub-contractors with both issue dates and disclosure numbers available to organisations as required.
We can also provide CRB evidence prior to any individual staff entering any school, college, care home, etc that requires us to do so.
S Clift – Health & Safety Policy
The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme are dedicated to completing Health and Safety assessments to a nationally recognised and accepted threshold standard.
All of our employees are required to hold a current CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme). CSCS was set up to help the construction industry to improve quality and reduce accidents.
All of our employees are regularly CRB checked. The Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) helps employers in England and Wales make safer recruitment decisions.
